Karsen DeWeese Board Member

Karsen DeWeese, M.P.H., supports the Strategic Communication and Engagement team at KHI. She contributes to strategy and analytics, ensures accessibility of print and digital content, manages the CRM, and assists with convening logistics and multimedia production. She also provides public health support to the project team, doing qualitative analyses and developing the new learning platform.

Karsen previously served as a communications intern at KHI and the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice. She also held research and teaching assistant roles while earning her degrees at Kansas State University and completed a practicum with the Flint Hills Wellness Coalition.

She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in public health from Kansas State.
